Each product graduates its agents on its own clock. Assistive and read-only agents ship first (audit investigation, ambient documentation, conformance checks). Mutating agents (auto-merge in an unambiguous band, auto-resolve on clean reconciliations, scoped enforcement) graduate per tenant once measured agree-rates clear the threshold. Public demos run on synthetic data only, clearly labeled, never live PHI.
